Lunch & Learn SpotLight Sponsorship opportunities are provided to GKHA members for product, service or event presentations. Sponsorships may be available for March, April, June, August, September, October, November and, on occasion, December Lunch & Learn meetings at the discretion of GKHA.
GKHA will
- include SpotLight sponsor logo in marketing of the chosen meeting date. There will be only one SpotLight Sponsor per meeting (unless otherwise agreed upon).
- provide a table (if requested) near registration or in a prominent area for the SpotLight Sponsor to place product/information and greet attendees as they arrive. SpotLight Sponsor may place flyers/information on meeting tables.
- provide 4-5 minutes near the start of the program for a presentation by the SpotLight Sponsor to address attendees.
- provide (when available) a screen, projector, computer for the presentation to attendees.
- provide 2-3 minutes near the end of the program for SpotLight Sponsor to address attendees, draw the winning name and present the door prize/s.
SpotLight Sponsor will
- provide a full color high res logo, website link and short bio of the company at least 3 weeks before scheduled meeting to be used in the marketing the meeting.
- provide door prize/s of no less than $150 total value to be auctioned off to raise funds for the GKHA Hospitality Educational Scholarship Fund. May be multiple door prizes with a minimum value of $25 each. Let GKHA know door prize(s) items at least one (1) day prior to the meeting.
- forward a PowerPoint presentation (if applicable) to GKHA at least one (3) days prior to the meeting.
- set up a table top display (if desired, a 7 day prior notice is needed).
- purchase lunch tickets for your attendees.
Luncheon Meetings: Every first Thursday. Expect 70+/- . Registration begins at 11:15 a.m.; Lunch – 11:30 a.m.; Program – 11:50 a.m.; Event ends at 1:00 p.m.
